The food generally was magnificent, under the auspices of the chef patron, Mr Rebers. Immaculate air-conditioned room in the contemporary extension. Delightful staff, particularly the charming and welcoming lady who presided over breakfast and dealt with administration. Altogether a resounding 5/5.
