Located directly on the shores of the Small Plön Lake with its own private landing and is only 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Plön. The hotel is ideal for fishing and swimming and cycling. Super lovely hotel, great sized room with large, comfortable bed and modern shower room. The presentation of the room and throughout the hotel was gorgeous with numerous Art Nouveau and Victorian furniture & antiquities. Beautiful garden sloping to the lake. The continental breakfast was just perfect, superb choice and beautifully presented (10/10 for sustainability as very little single use plastic) The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located on the banks of Lake Dieksee, this hotel offers bicycle rentals for guests to explore the surrounding Holstein Switzerland nature park. Rooms are brightly decorated and come with a TV. A wonderful place, quite, calm and with a fantastic view. We loved it and will return. We went for a walk in the woods, to the other village and took the boat back.
