Situated in Schwerin, 700 metres from Museum Schwerin, Gästehaus am Schweriner See features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Beautiful location, right in front of the lake. There's a restaurant downstairs, which unfortunately closes at 6pm. On the plus side, it is very quiet. Staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. Balcony is semi-private; it is shared with the rest of the guests (there are 4 rooms) Once it gets dark, you can see that seagulls rest on the deck. Shortly before sunrise, they...well, seagulls being seagulls. The soundproofing of the room was amazing though. When the window is closed, you hear pretty much nothing. The room itself is spacious. There is a small walk-in closet and there's a mini fridge inside.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. We were allowed to wash clothes, which was so helpful since we're traveling for almost a month! The outdoor dining deck overlooking the lake was wonderful. The staff was excellent. They were so friendly and spoke good English for us.

This environmentally-friendly, 4-star hotel in Schwerin is set in a historic building on the banks of Lake Ziegelsee with its own boat jetty. Very competent and nice Stuff. Silent area in front of the lake. Big and comfortable room.

Located in Raben Steinfeld, 8 km from Mecklenburgisches Staatstheater Schwerin, Hotel und Restaurant Rabennest am Schweriner See provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace... This family owned and run hotel was just wonderful. I did not expect to find such a gem in the outskirts of Schwerin. It is what I call an honest down to earth hotel, the staff wonderful, the room in much better shape than I saw on certain high class hotels in my traveling past. And although I booked on a very short notice during traveling peak season / long weekend, I think I got the best room there - facing west with a balcony, able to enjoy the sunset. And as the hotel, so was the food in the restaurant - honest and very good. I strictly recommend this Hotel.

I loved the interior design, the attention to details and the friendly service. The hotel has an underground garage which makes everything even better.

Set in a historic building with original stained glass windows from the 19th-century, this hotel enjoys a central location in Schwerin. Incredible old building. You could feel the historic vibes. Room was HUGE with lots of space for lounging. It had an incredible tub and we had an amazing bubble bath. The mini bar was very affordable so we helped ourselves to it. The staff were welcoming and walked us up to our room to be let in. The keys were a little tricky but thats what you get with an old building and the staff helped me when I was having an issue. I wish we had gotten to stay here for more than one night but I was on tour so thats the life. Highly reccomended!!

Lovely, old-fashioned yet very comfortable little hotel run by a very charming and helpful lady. Terrific location and a first-rate breakfast was even included in the room rate.

This elegant and historic 4-star hotel offers a tasteful ambience and an idyllic location in the heart of Schwerin, on the shores of the citys Pfaffenteich lake. Excellent and very helpful staff. The hotel and it's location were beautiful. The view of the lake from the lake view room was magical. We did not eat at the hotel, but did get a drink from the bar and enjoyed them in front of the fire in the room adjacent to the bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
