Only 9 km from Hamburg Airport, this modern 4-star hotel in Norderstedt offers solar-powered rooms and a wellness area. The hotel is a great place to stay, rooms clean & large, and really good buffet at the restaurant. But I really appreciated the staff efforts to help us : we cannot make it to the late check-in, but they find a solution to allow us to enter and stay the night nevertheless. In the same way, we have been able to enjoy the restaurant even if it was late and we didn't book earlier.

The only comment would be to allow a bit more time after ordering eg fried eggs to allow time for eating cereal and a toaster would have been nice!
