I was greatly disappointed, despite the good quality of the Italian cuisine. In their defense, on Saturday night, the German restaurant next door also closed at 2030. Very different from past times.

Located on the Petersberg Hill, this grand 5-star hotel boasts wonderful views of the Siebengebirge Hills and the River Rhine. It offers fine cuisine. This is what all hotels should be. We had been losing our mind after a little over a week in Germany with okay hotels and this place was the saving grace. I cannot understate how absolutely amazing the room was, the staff were, and the location was. The bed was beyond comfortable, and we were finally able to relax after so many other hotels. If we could take this hotel with us wherever we traveled we would probably try. If there were a way to filter hotels with this caliber that would be my default filter. 100% recommend. Also, dry the Petersburger Spritz!
