Located in the Maising district of Pöcking, Gasthaus Georg Ludwig Maising offers a garden, terrace and on-site restaurant. The restaurant is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Coming from NZ this is exactly how we imagined a small village guesthouse might be. It was wonderful and we loved the surroundings and the rooms. Very modern bathrooms and spotlessly clean. The attached restaurant was great and we enjoyed sitting outside drinking beer and wine. Perfect!

Newly built in 2018, the Starnbergsee Hideaway is located on the shores of Lake Starnberg in Bavaria. The elegant Landgasthof Aufkirchen offers comfortable rooms, a library, and a room with a fireplace in the town of Berg. The Munich conference grounds can be reached with a 45-minute drive. You exceeded expectations, the price is amazing for the hotel, the amenities are excellent, the location is amazing the food is great, the town is great, the Bartender was a little gruff, might of just had a bad day but everyone else was great. The room was like a 5-star hotel for a 3-star price. The breakfast was also great although we didn't know about the assigned seating.

This 4-star hotel on the eastern edge of Bernried on Lake Starnberg is set in a 5-hectare parkland area, just a 40-minute drive from Munich. The high speed Internet is really appreciated. Besides that the location is just wonderful besides the shore of the lake. Very good breakfast too

Situated right on the shore of the Starnberger See lake, this family-run hotel enjoys a peaceful setting away from traffic, while offering quick access to Munich. Personal and room were very good. Breakfest also very taste. Thw young man at the reception was very willing

Located directly beside Lake Starnberger See, this traditional-style hotel in Seeshaupt offers free WiFi in the entire hotel. The small pool area contains a steam room, sauna and a tepidarium. Stunning location, kindest most helpful staff, great food. Very homely and welcoming.
