Situated in Bayrischzell, 31 km from Kufstein Fortress, Postgasthof, Hotel Rote-Wand features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. property is well managed, staff are very attentive despite they are very busy. rooms are clean yet typical German style ( not modern) but it was very comfortable I can’t stress more on how staff was attentive and tried to help to any inquiry it is surrounded by so many trekking routes restaurant is a must try! especially on fridays they bring fresh trout and it finishes by 7 pm! I missed it but I was told it is one of the best.

This traditional hotel is located in the area of Alpenreigion Tegernsee-Schliersee. It can be reached easily from Munich in a pleasant 80 minutes train ride. The Bier garden was an excellent setting for a great dinner.

This country-style hotel is located amidst breathtaking forests and alpine meadows directly at Bavaria's largest skiing area Sudelfeld and at the ski lift. The impression of calm you get when you first drive off the road, of the space around the hotel, and the views. Although we were there to ride the Deutsche Alpen Strasse we did a couple of local walks too. Incredible views all to the tune of the cow bells. Wann hören die Kühe auf zu läuten?

The owners had thought of everything. There was everything you could ever have thought of in the kitchen area, blankets, colouring pencils for the kids. The accommodation was just as lovely and cosy as the pictures from the brochure. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you!
