We all really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. The children's play area was sufficient for the little ones. The view was beautiful.

Set amidst stunning landscape at the foot of the Wendelstein Mountain, in the heart of the Bavarian Alps, this traditional family-run hotel offers quiet, comfortable accommodation. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, always smiling. A very nice and well-behaved dog was sometimes staying near reception :) The breakfasts are fresh and tasty! The atmosphere of the hotel is great, we also loved the pictures and furniture in shared spaces. For the Silvester-Nacht there was a super nice celebration dinner with live music and dancing. The only tiniest thing that was missing: we really wished there were some Weißwurst for breakfast... :) Otherwise, only positive emotions after our trip! Thank you very much!

This traditional hotel is located in the area of Alpenreigion Tegernsee-Schliersee. It can be reached easily from Munich in a pleasant 80 minutes train ride. The Bier garden was an excellent setting for a great dinner.
