The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and had a nice selection of food sourced locally (including from the hotel/farm itself). We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

With a view of the River Elbe, this waterside hotel looks out onto Hitzacker Harbour and Hitzacker’s historic island city. Offering a rich breakfast, rooms feature flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi internet. Room was bigger than expected. it was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel provides a good Wifi connection. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is also exceptional. If I need to go Hitzacker or nearby cities, I will definetely stay Hotel Hitzacker again.

This hotel is located in Bergen an der Dumme, in the Elbufer-Drawehn Nature Park. It features comfortably furnished rooms, free Wi-Fi, a pretty garden terrace and a sauna area. Our hotel is beautifully located on a hill in Hitzacker, one of the prettiest towns in northern Germany. Lovely property onthe Elbe. Good food and service.
