They made you feel safe and well looked after. The breakfast was delicious each morning that Juanita cooked for us, they went above and beyond and are extremely chilled. We did our laundry with Juanita which smelt beautiful. Our room was super spacious, comfortable beds, clean, it had everything we needed for our stay and exploring Isbabela. I also left my purse in a restaurant (stupid me) round the corner and Jose went above and beyond to try locate this for me. My purse was found and Jose put this on a plane to San Cristobal to return to me. I’ve never met such lovely and kind people! Thank you

The mini bar in the suite was also complimentary and had free tea and coffee by the pool! Also lovely breakfast! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The 2 times I had a little problem with something in the apartment they responded almost instantly! Eva who checked us in was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and everyone else we had contact with were so pleasant to deal with. I’ve stayed in many beautiful and unique places but this may have been my all time favourite! We stayed for 4 nights but I wish it could’ve been so much more!

It is close to everything around town. Diana was great and helped us organize all of our day tours so we didn’t have to worry about it. It had great complimentary breakfast.

The hub of the Galapagos islands.
The hub of the Galapagos islands. Slow internet but lots of trips depart from there, so that is the base for island hoppings (daily tours). Count min with 5-6 days stay for 4-5 daily tours from there. Isabela has its own vibe, so min 2 nights there required for snorkelling/volcano trips, if to enjoy beach as well on top, add few more days. Do not expect too much infrastructure in Isabela, it looks very remote village for most city-centered Europeans.
