Located at the top of a hill and featuring a restaurant with panoramic mountain views, La Estelita offers free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool in Ibarra. The city centre is 6 km away. The location is amazing, the pool facilities and view are wonderful. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly and made sure everything was great for our visit. They asked when we wished to use the facilities so as it would be just right when we were ready. The staff were very conscious of Covid precautions during our stay which was also reassuring. The food and breakfast were delicious and with a great view overlooking the valley as you eat. It is a really cozy place and peaceful experience.

We loved this place. Amazing plants, birds, coffee and of course people. Our child liked dogs very much. We would like to come back again. Hence we recommend this place. Coffee trip also very interesting - with passion.

La Mirage is a 5-star Hotel & Spa built on the grounds of a 200-year old Andean Hacienda. It features orchid gardens filled with peacocks and a gourmet cooking school. Facilities are incredible. We enjoyed the amazing Spa, the gardens and chimeney spots with a great wine. Staff is very well trained to serve and make a perfect guest experience. Food is really amazing. The chef explained to us that he have been serving deliciousness over the last 30 years in the hotel. We felt very spoiled the entire weekend !!! Also you will enjoy nature with huge gardens with peacocks, birds and frogs.

The staff is very polite, attentive and helpful. Quick and excellent laundry service. The food -breakfast, lunch or dinner, served on demand at the time you want- is prepared from scratch and absolutely delicious and caters to vegans. Bravo for their deep dish chocolate brownie! Finally, it is a joy to sit in front of their huge fireplace, watching the fire while thumbing one of their books. Not to forget their adorable dog Patcha who enjoys so much being with her guests...And the hotel is three blocks away from the famous Otavalo market!
