It has a great history, offers great comfort, delicious food, and with excellent staff running the operation. The room was perfect with all the necessities, it was very clean, and had an excellent hot shower. The grounds offer many places to walk, meditate or just chill. We selected and paid extra for the beer and Chocolate pairing which was hosted by Chef Manuel Aguirre, who is very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and based on the meals which he prepared for us, an excellent chef. We paid for the optional dual waterfall tour with Rodrigo on check out morning, which was very interesting and which made for excellent photos. Overall, from check-in to check-out, this was an amazing experience.
