Located in Finisterre, a 2-minute walk from Da Ribeira Beach, Hotel Costa da Morte provides accommodations with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The staff was superb. We received a very warm welcome and every communication with the staff was extremely friendly. The room itself was modern, airy, spotlessly clean and spacious. Also, the breakfast was amazing - our server was attentive, welcoming and we received a platter with excellent variety. Coincidentally, we stayed in a 5 star hotel directly on the Cathedral plaza in Santiago de Compostela the night before and the two places should exchange their star ratings. We were celebrating a special moment for us which was completely ignored by the aforementioned 5 star hotel whereby the staff of Hotel Costa da Morte was congratulating us in every way.

They do everything they can to make you feel at home, the welcome was very cordial even though I was much too early, the cleaning of your room is perfect every day, breakfast is good and the service there is also atmospheric and generous. Located on Galicia’s Costa da Morte, this family-run hotel has direct access to pretty Langosteira Beach, 328 feet away. My third stay at Alén do Mar, and I'll be back. Immaculate room. Excellent breakfast. Close access to the beach and the final pilgrim's approach to Finisterre/Fisterra (~3km away), but quiet and relaxed compared to the constant milling of tourists and pilgrims in Finisterre itself.
