Set in a working vineyard - the views were panoramic and the decor really added to the character. There was a wonderful cafe/ restaurant for meals which we took out on the verandah. It was very well signposted so access was easy for us as English speaking drivers from abroad.

Maria the daughter of the house went out of her way to ensure our stay was enjoyable as possible, making recommendations for outings and phone calls to arrange a winery visit (difficult as harvest time) and lunch, and bringing hot water for our morning tea. excellent local wines and very good local traditional food.
