Mas Pere Pau is located in the natural setting of Bruguers, in Besalú, 5 minutes' drive from the city centre. It offers well-equipped apartments, studios and rooms with mountain and garden views. Lovely room for a family of 3 with a doggie who was able to run around the garden area of this beautifully restored Catalan Masia - he absolutely loved it. The staff were fantastic - our room was cleaned and tidied every day, towels were hung up to dry on a rack and a dog bed was provided for our puppy which we didn't even ask for. We were supplied with a large fresh bottle of water every day and, although the restaurant wasn't open during the days we were staying there (it only opens on Friday and Saturday in the Winter), they offer a lovely menu to guests which changes daily and you can order your evening meal by midday that day. The food was also great - traditional Catalan meals - comforting hearty food (although could do with some extra veggies). We really enjoyed our stay - thank you.

Casa Marcial (adults only) is located in the beautiful town of Besalú, just 100 metres from the mediaeval bridge. This property offers a garden with an outdoor pool and great views. Ihana sijainti upeassa keskiaikaisessa kaupungissa. Mahtava vastaanotto, meille esiteltiin hotellin paikat ja saatettiin huoneeseen. Huone oli oikein hyvä yhden yön yöpymiseen. It was our second year and we enjoyed our stay very much! You can tell this "casa rural" was created and it is running by heart. Owners are doing their best to provide an excelent experience to their guest which was our case 2 years in a raw. Beautiful nature all around, Hugge atmosphere, sauna, cosy room, amazing food etc etc.. We went for friends trip but you can come with your family or as a couple.

What I valued during my stay at Can Buch: the setting/location; the fresh, clean air; the quiet and tranquility except for a multitude of birdsongs, frog croaks, bubble bee hums, and sheep baaing; the farm to table meals offered 3 times/ per day (a full breakfast is included in the stay); the hiking trails that begin on the property; and the staff, who had a sense of humor, always congenial, knowledgeable about the area and the trails, and knew how to handle guests' requests ASAP. Best of all the ambiance of Can Buch engenders respectful guests.

Situated in Olopte and with Masella reachable within 14 km, Cal Felipet Hotel Rural features a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. We had a wonderful stay at this rural hotel, with various hiking treks around. It's also very close to France. The breakfast was delightful, the staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious with a satisfactory bathroom. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
