We took a taxi from the Venta de Naron after walking from PortoMarin. However, it is well worth to stay to this place. It is quiet, and I highly recommend making an early reservation if you would like to have a massage. The food is very good and the hosts are very friendly.

It’s located just off the Camino route but not more than 150 meters. Manuel, just the owner is super friendly, accommodating and attends to his guests needs. My albergue bed was upgraded to a large individual room. Very good beds, bedding, pillows, tv, new modern bathroom. Buffet breakfast 7€ at 8am and lots of good advice regarding the Camino route ahead. The hotel has an outdoor pool for summer. The hotel’s website photos are totally accurate. Meals are available in the restaurant.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, very close to the Sil Canyon (which is spectacular - go to one of the viewing points nearby). What really set this hotel apart though was the welcome and the service provided by the team; especially the lady who welcomed us on arrival (whose English is near perfect) and our fantastic waitress. We loved being able to order drinks that would be delivered to any of the amazing seating areas we discovered in the hotel, the very nice dinner that included wine and the wonderful gardens.

Pazo Da Pena Manzaneda is located in Manzaneda, in Riberia Sacra wine region, in the Terra de Trives. This large 16th-century stately house has a large garden. Staying at this old medieval castle that is renovated into a hotel was like going back in time. The people there were nice, and the place had cool things to do. It's like they mixed the old castle vibes with modern fun. Super recommend it if you want a chill time with a touch of history. The location is also great. We had a great view of the surrounding landscapes and a beautiful meadow to walk.
