Good location, very very nice rooms with panorama view in the bedroom, sauna for own use and a living room downstairs. The staff in the hotel and also in the included restaurant were very nice and helpful if we had any questions.

Il Santa Claus Holiday Village si trova nel cuore del Villaggio di Babbo Natale nel Circolo Polare Artico, a 8 km a nord di Rovaniemi. L'atmosfera e la cura dei dettagli.La camera/casetta è spaziosa e pulita e molto accogliente. Ottima la colazione abbondante e varia.

The live egg counter was good and the blue berry powder in the breakfast service. Unfortunately for dinner service they has a vegetarian lasagne which they only had served 1 dish for and which finished and that was there only main dish. So a lot of people like myself were very dissapointed with not serving enough food and only having 1 main dish.

Amazing hotel, the location is best to relax after the long trip. It is surrounded by a very small community, a super market and that's it. The hotel rooms are spacious, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is spacious, they have android tv which is cherry on top. You can make your own food or bbq if you want. I loved the location. We also got sauna for free at no additional cost.

The Rooms and the facilities were amazing. Very close to santa claus village and the staff were very helpful and went every length to make our stay perfect.

Located on the island of Vartiosaari, this hotel offers rooms with Finnish design and free WiFi. The island is accessed via a 72 metres long hanging bridge over the river Kemijoki. The setting was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous snow and scenery. Very quite area. The rooms were stunning, had everything we needed. Very friendly, homely feeling. Its a family run hotel, the lady who was working the days we were staying was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to chat to our kids about there days trips and what plans they had when she would meet them outside. Taxis are about 30euro from the hotel to Santa Claus Village & City Centre.

Situato nella pittoresca natura settentrionale, il Santasport Resort vi accoglie vicino alla stazione sciistica di Ounasvaara e a soli 2 km dal centro di Rovaniemi. Sono entusiasta di condividere il mio entusiasmo riguardo al mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel, che ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Situato in posizione ideale, offre un facile accesso alle attrazioni locali, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. La pulizia dei locali era impeccabile, elemento sempre cruciale per un soggiorno confortevole. Per quanto riguarda gli appartamenti, erano non solo funzionali ma anche ben disposti, offrendo tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Questa combinazione perfetta contribuisce senza dubbio a rendere questo hotel un indirizzo eccellente che raccomando vivamente.
