In the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees, Hotel Celisol Cerdagne is located in Bourg Madame village. Excellent 1 night stay in a spacious and very clean room. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room and enjoyed some time in the very well arranged garden in the backyard.

Superb receptionist was efficient ,& helpful when i arrived, she went out of her way to show me the best place to put my bike,& book me in. The room was compact,& good value. Breakfast gave you lots of choice.

Set near the fortifications of a famous city built by Vauban, Clos Cerdan is a hotel complex set in a stone building overlooking the nearby mountains. The room decor, design and ambience was lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony itself and furniture were rusty/unclean but ok. The communal areas were dated and the corridor a bit smelly - may have been cleaning products. The swimming pool and spa seemed dated and basic. Not very cosy but ok.

The Carlit is located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in the eastern Pyrénées, 150 metres from the telecabin which permits to reach ski-run and start for hiking. Skiing was great. We were able to get ''emporter'' food to eat easily in the evenings. Even though I had a test, which meant that I could eat the night before my ski, my partner did not test. The staff in the hotel were accommodating and very helpful. Very helpful.
