Located on the banks of the Ailette River, Hôtel du Golf de l'Ailette, The Originals Relais offers panoramic views of the lake and modern rooms with a private balcony. The hotel room was exceptionally clean. The view was superb. So peaceful. The restaurant was excellent with a high standard of food. The breakfast was one of the best we had ever had in a hotel. Max in the restaurant was very helpful and suggested an excellent wine choice for our meal.

The room and bathroom we had were very large and exceptionally clean. The menu was good..not overpriced and included a lot of perfectly cooked vegetables.

A recently renovated guest house situated in Bouconville-Vauclair, Escapade de Vauclair features a garden. The property is absolutely Amazing - spacious, clean, modern and quiet. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming - as there are no dining places nearby, hosts suggested to prepare evening meal at it was stunningly delicious, right from the kitchen, accompanied with glass of wine. What was very important for us - the host speaks perfect English, making stay a lot more easier for those who speak French poorly. I am also extremely grateful for the advices host provided on visiting nearby sites, and even accompanying to one of them, making it easier to find. There is beautiful backyard at the property, which, I believe, is a wonderful place to spend evening in a cheer, if it not rains. Which unfortunately happened during our stay and that was a single inconvenience 🙂

Very charming, completely renovated town house. The village is a typical French village, located close to a lake. The house has everything to feel comfortable and was very clean!!
