But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Boasting a garden, Hotel Villa Eugenia is set in San Sebastián in the Basque Country region, 1.3 km from Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium and 1.9 km from Victoria Eugenia Theatre. Super private hotel. The location is amazing and the staff, is super cool. The place is beautifully decorated and the bed was INCREDIBLE and with different types of pillows. Will definitly come back again.

Boasting a restaurant, free bikes as well as a bar, Arbaso Hotel is set in the San Sebastian City-Center of San Sebastián, 800 meters from Victoria Eugenia Theater. I travel a lot and this was one of the most exceptional hotels I've been to in terms of value for money and the whole experience! Everything is well thought out and organized, from the front desk staff, the scent in the lobby and room, the restaurant, gym/sauna/steam room, valet parking (25 euros per day with in/out privileges), whatsapp communication, pillow menu, lighting, dyson hair dryer, ipad in the room). The design of the hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and minimalist without being cold. There are luxurious touches everywhere, but it doesn't feel stuffy. We felt totally at home during our 4 night stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The location is fantastic, close to Mercado San Martin (great to pick up snacks) and the shopping area. The beach/old town is <10 mins walk away, so easy to get to restaurants/bars, but not right in the middle of it as that would be noisy.
