(You should request a room with a view of the cathedral whenever possible) I had an issue with our room on arrival but the staff quickly and enthusiastically resolved the issue. especially the reception staff are always friendly, helpful and wonderful. the room facilities are perfect. I wanna live here XD

The stay was excellent. The staff was very welcoming; especially those two ladies at the front office who made it easier for me as they spoke English. Lots of thanks to the new receptionists (2-3 days into the job), she was very good at her work!
