This hotel is located in the village of Gers, close to the Landes and Pyrénées Atlantiques regions. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi internet access. We've got a better room than I booked. We even got a room with a king size bed = 180 cm and it slept wonderful, good mattress. We also enjoyed the restaurant. You really get enough on your plate! We didn't have breakfast but I know from other moments that this is also enough and good!

La Bastide en Gascogne features modern rooms situated in a stone house from the 18th century. It offers 5-star accommodation, a hot tub, a hammam, a spa and wellness centre. The building is most elegant with beautiful rooms . The staff are delightful and the atmosphere very serene. The restaurant is outstanding.

Breakfast was superb with fresh baked croissants made by the chef's daughter who is a certified baker. My wife and I took a cooking lesson with the chef/hotel director. The original monastery was built in the 11th century and sections of the original building and adjacent chapel/church remain. Restaurant is of Michelin star quality with an incredible tasting menu.

This is a very comfortable hotel, the room was great, quiet, classy, modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was extraordinarily helpful arranging my comfort and meals when restaurants were closed for the season.

A bar, restaurant, garden, terrace, and air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms feature at Le Continental. WiFi is free of charge throughout the entire property and there is also a lift. I was walking the Chemin St Jacques (started a couple days before) and had hurt my leg. I stayed in the hotel for three nights to try to get better. The people there were extremely sympathetic and helpful. Very kind. My room was nice and warm and very quiet, so I got good rest. I am definitely going to try the walk again sometime and I will go back to this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to shops. Restaurant next door. Breakfast was quality ingrediants and plentiful. On the GR65. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would stay here again.
