Auberge du Moulin is a hotel with a restaurant, situated in the medieval village of Sainte-Énimie, 40 km from Millau and 18 km from Mende. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Location was absolutely amazing, so beautiful. The view was splendid. Staff was very kind and attentive. Really good food in the restaurant with nice wine list. The room was quite small, but well arranged. The bed was comfortable. Village was interesting to walk around, well restored medieval village.

Located just 5 km from Sainte Enimie, Logis Hôtel restaurant Auberge de la Cascade features a heated, outdoor swimming pool and panoramic views over the Gorges du Tarn Valleys. Located across the river from the main route, it was quiet. The surroundings were superbly tranquil and scenic.

This hotel is located in the Cévennes National Park, in the village of Ispagnac, and offers a terrace and an on-site restaurant. Guests are invited to relax with a drink in the hotel’s bar. Great little hotel. the staff were more than helpful. The evening meal was delicious. Breakfast adequate.

Set in a house of the 15th century located next to a river, right in the middle of the Gorges du Tarn area, hotel Château de la Caze is a typical castle from a fairytale and is surrounded by golden... The castle , the rooms, the food was excellent. The staff very good and friendly. Always wanted to stay in a castle once in my life and this one did not disappoint. You have to have the dinner experience, so so good. The breakfast was also very good and buffet style. It was raining and even we still had a wonderful time.

For its location and the fact that it was absolutely in high season, the value for money was remarkable. Everything worked, the location was ideal. Only reservation was a rather offhand attitude of the staff, but that's a minor issue. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but three within a two minute walk.

Located in Ispagnac, Le Vallon offers a garden, terrace and a bar as well as panoramic views of Les Gorges du Tarn. Incredible nice owners, great location!
