Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely room even though it was the attic room and supposedly "small". It was more than adequate! Breakfast was brilliant as many others have described. Host was friendly and attentive. Beautiful garden area.

The service was exceptional - the communication so responsive before we arrived, even booking us a reservation at a local restaurant (we arrived on a day the hotel’s restaurant was closed) and helping us when we arrived later than planned due to roadworks. The room was beautiful - a lovely combination of period and modern style, with a great bathroom. I highly recommend enjoying the gardens in the evening (if arriving on a day restaurant is closed, consider bringing a picnic and staying on site).

A very pleasant surprise , our room was very comfortable , the troglodyte ceiling kept us warm , nice personal area outside the room , very unusual touches , plentiful breakfast , all the staff and Alain the owner , were very helpful and cheerful .

One of the best places we've stayed...professional and friendly reception, the room was well-done and lovely with stone walls and chandelier sconces. Very convenient and large parking space across the street. Breakfast was nice too. Location was excellent, a very short walk to cafés, restaurants and shops.
