This 18th-century chateau is set in a 2.5 hectare park, at the gateway to Bourgogne. It offers architect-designed rooms and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Biggest surprise of our trip. Only chose it as a practical staging post but wandered into a gourmets paradise. The restaurant has a Michelin star and everything is geared to the perfect culinary experience. Our room was exceptionally large and comfortable, the pool and views delightful and the staff simply couldn't do enough for us.
