We booked this 30 minutes before check-in:-) we were resting one night while travelling to Spain. Receptionist was very friendly. Great breakfast and comfortable room.

This Campanile hotel is situated in Chaintre, just 8 km from the centre of Mâcon and a 5-minute drive from the A6 motorway. Aircon worked well. Next to a good Buffalo Gril next door which also had good Aircon. Kettle was missing but they gave us free tea and coffee from the restaurant I the morning

We arrived late and couldn't find any open restaurants (or even shops) but the hosts got us a saucisson-sec and some fresh salad from the garden to keep us alive : ) and happy.

To put it simply, Peter was a fantastic host, our included breakfast was outstanding in his great dining room in the main house and the renovated building where we stayed was modern, comfortable and spacious.
