Facing Reims Cathedral, La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection features a spa, a restaurant and a gym in the centre of Reims. the assistance i received before arriving with booking a spa treatment, arranging for my dog to accompany me, car parking, booking a table for dinner were exemplary. the staff and the service throughout my stay were unfailingly cheerful and helpful. the room was completely perfect: great bedlinen, an excellent shower, plenty of large towels, coffee making kit, iron and ironing board, brilliantly curated drinks and mini-bar, quiet even with the door open on to the private balcony. I could not rate higher or recommend it more

The hosts were extremely helpful with a long text of information, in English, prior to arrival. We used this throughout our stay. The apartment is well equipped, including a washing machine & full kitchen facilities. The pool is a bonus on hot days & the fridge is well stocked with Xavier’s (& ours) favourite champagne. Just pay for what you drink (and enjoy it in the provided champagne glasses!).

The room was much larger than I had expected, which was fantastic. Well laid out with plenty of space for suitcases, etc. The bed was a great size, and very comfortable. Extra bedding and pillows were available. Loved that there was a bathtub, especially as the weather was freezing and we had a long drive prior to arrival. Staff were friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty. We enjoyed breakfast as well.
