Very good atmosphere in the Chalet, it is very quiet in the evenings, perfect if you want to relax after a full day at the slopes skiing. Open air Jacuzzi and sauna by the snow. Owners were very helpful in dealing with an issue at the end of the stay (non availability of taxis to bring us to Aime).

We were delayed arriving but thoughtful reception staff phoned us to check our ETA & gave instructions for after hours arrival. Excellent buffet-style restaurant for evening meals, great choice of menu, breakfast can be taken out to a pleasant terrace on sunny mornings. Good swimming pool & superb mountain views. Pleasant comfortable room with good en-suite facilities.

When I arrived at the hotel, I did not have my wallet ( money ) at all, but the person at the hotel were very very kind and helpful, even tried to solve the situation. After somehow we figured it out the situation, I was able to check in. I ate dinner at the place. The dinner was very nice. I really enjoyed homemade jam, local cheese and Genepi. I asked some questions about local traditions, history, etc. He answered everything and I learned Bourg-Saint-Maurice a lot.
