Atmosphere was great and staff was very friendly. There were problems with heating in our Forst room and the staff immediately upgraded us to another room.

Pleasant comfortable room with good en-suite facilities.

The breakfasts were super too. I thought this was fantastic value and served as a perfect base for skiing at Les Arcs.
