Nestled in Champagnac-de-Belair, in the heart of the Périgord region, Le Moulin du Roc was built in 1670 on the Dronne, a river which runs through its grounds. The property is 5 km from Brantôme. Everything, from staff, location and restaurant, all were excellent. The bed was luxurious and super comfortable.

Right in the middle of things on one side of the Dronne River. Restaurants were plentiful and just a short walk away as well as activities such as shopping, kayaking, and historical monuments. Night walks are magical. Dany, the owner, was a delightful host and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and the bath area was modern.

Charming and well finished - a very comfortable and restful experience in an ideal location. Everything from the food to flowers was outstanding. The hostess, Sandrine, was kind, professional and accommodating of every request. Plus, little Simba (her French bulldog) was very friendly and entertaining!

Hostellerie Les Griffons ligger i ett 1600-talshus i Bourdeilles, mellan floden Dronne och byns två slott. A super sweet establishment in the best part of town. Waking up overlooking the river and the historical bridge in the morning and dining at their high-quality restaurant in the evening was a distinct pleasure. The interior and exterior decoration of the hotel, the staff, everything was perfect. Their outdoor area also had a beautiful pool and a jacuzzi. Would definitely come back again!
