Yak Avenir features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Aiguilles. This 2-star hotel offers ski storage space. Loved it. I booked the studio but was pleasantly surprised to find this was in fact quite spacious. Yak Avenir has a laid back charm that matches the vibe in the village. They serve a delicious 3-course meal every night and the bar stocks an impressive collection of Belgian beers. I will definitively come back when in the area.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountains, Le Guilazur is located in Chateau-Ville-Vieille in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 9.3 mi from Molines. We were hiking the GR5, 2 couples and this hotel was a nice change from the Gites we had stayed at. The patio bar area was so nice to relax and have an afternoon beer. The breakfast was not till 8 so we instead went across the highway to a great bakery. Dinner was fabulous although a little more expensive, but again, it was nice change for us.

Located in the village of Abries, this hotel is set at the heart of Queyras Regional Nature Reserve. It features a traditional French restaurant and guest rooms. Spacy room and spacy bathroom. Nice location. Also small sauna present.

Located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Queyras, Le Chamois welcomes you in a small mountain village, at the starting point of cross country ski trails. We booked for 1 night. The hotel is in a small alpine village high in the mountains and the scenery sensational. Mary Jane was our hostess and everything ran like clockwork. Dinner that night was amazing, (prepared by Maurice her husband), freshly caught mountain brown trout cooked to perfection and the starter of warm goat’s cheese had to be tasted to be believed. The local beer was very good and the local high alps wine we chose was incredible. Breakfast the next morning was a wonderful start to the day.
