When we arrived late, he was more than glad to serve hot water for our noodles & provide welcome pasteries. Fresh Orange juice was my favorite part of breakfast. Even when coffee machine was down at breakfast, morning staff made coffee for anyone needed. Room was very comfortable.

Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Many were delightful to deal with. My room, which had a semi private little courtyard to sit out in the sun and watch the robins hopping around was large and very comfortable. There are many activities to choose from - unfortunately the weather was wet and windy, but there are many warm and cosy areas to sit in and enjoy a book or just watch the weather. The food in the restaurant is tasty, very French and fresh - some of it grown on site. They also have a very efficient laundry service which I appreciated as a traveller on the road for three months! I went for long walks and generally had a lovely relaxing time.
