Lakeside Country Guest House is situated in front of Bassenthwaite Lake with mountain views which can be enjoyed from the front bedrooms. It is ideally located between from Keswick and Cockermouth. Everything was great. The rooms and nice and clean. The property is very well kept. The breakfast selection is good and very tasty. Parking is just outside the house and very convenient.

The owner who greeted us was friendly and pleasant and supplied us with a lovely welcome hamper.
