Staff: took the time to remember our names before we even got there, super hospitable, and always make sure to prioritize the guests. They went above and beyond for any requests we had. Room: cleanliness & amenities felt like a hotel, decor felt like home, perfect mix Food/bar: local bar is right downstairs (but split from the hotel side if you just need entrance/exit), what else could you want. Food was really good as well. They also have a sister restaurant that books out down the street! This is our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back, thank you to everyone at Lochindaal!

The hotel is located in a charming location, surrounded by green fields, mostly arranged for golf, and in the distance you can see the sea. Although the hotel is designed primarily for golfers, I have nothing in common with this sport, but I still felt the energy and joy of being part of this atmosphere. The diner was very tasty and presented in an very elegant way, the restaurant staff very kind and polite. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, served in an place with a beautiful view of surroundings.

El Port Charlotte Hotel se encuentra en Port Charlotte, a orillas del lago Indaal. El salón acristalado y los jardines dan a una playa de arena. This is a very quaint, pretty , beautiful experience of staying in an historic hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Xmas and other guests and locals visiting the bar were friendly and fun. Food was great. Tv struggled. Breakfasts were fantastic especially the scrambled eggs and salmon. Loved having Marion play piano accordion on our last night. Thanks to Henry for organising. Was very special.

Niall was an exceptional host, friendly and helpful. You can also park right in front of the property and there is a bus stop nearby.
