Rooms were lovely, food was great and spa was so relaxing. Staff were all so lovely with a special mention of John Barry who looked after us at dinner. Everything was fantastic and would highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back.

Superb and friendly staff. Valet parking more than worth it, considering the narrow city streets. Nice bar and lounge area for meals.

They do not have parking, but you can park in the garage next of the hotel or in the car park that is walking distance to the hotel.

It has views of the Derry City Walls. rooms were well appointed and clean. staff. was exceptionally efficient and friendly breakfast was amazing. food was fast and very tasty and staff was super well organized

Location for breakfast fine although....orange juice on one of the mornings had been watered down 🙁 Young lady at the bar was excellent..very pleasant and attentive (fair hair and glasses)
