Breakfast was excellent and provided gluten free options as a matter of course. Portion sizes were very generous. The rooms were a bit quirky as might be expected in a castle but very comfortable and clean. However the star point was the friendliness of the staff.

Lovely small hotel with very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay!

The manager and the cleaner was amazing very helpful nothing was a problem if you asked for anything it was sorted we stayed in the Los Vegas room and that was just out of this world first class only regret we had is should of booked longer thanks ever so much guys for all the hard work yous do malcolm and chelle xx

The Inn on the Moor Hotel has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Goathland. We loved everything. Our room, super king bed, was akin to a five star hotel suite which was spacious with every amenity anyone could wish for. But it was the service with genuine smiles that made our stay even more special. The food was also excellent and the location perfect for exploring the area.

Location was amazing ..... not surprising the mobile and internet coverage was poor .... no bad thing at all as offered the opportunity to totally leave tech behind and tune into the beauty of nature all around us. Food and company excellent. Warm and safe and would highly recommend

There was a good choice of food for all meals. The food was well cooked & presented,& the waiters' & waitresses were polite,friendly & courteous.
