Very nice hotel restaurant too.

In the heart of Peterborough, the exclusive 4-star Bull Hotel is opposite the Queensgate shopping centre. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The location is excellent in the old town so we walked everywhere.

The Holiday Inn Express Peterborough offers en suite rooms with a flat-screen TV with Freeview and power showers. It is 4 miles from the city centre, next to the East of England showground. The room was clean and comfortable with a roomy shower. The members of staff were excellent, being friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the range of food choices for breakfast and really enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Peterborough Rail Station, this stylish, modern hotel boasts spacious rooms with double walk-in showers and city views. Guests can also enjoy the grill restaurant and bar. The room size was excellent for the price I paid. The evening meal was of a good standard

Deeping Stage er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Market Deeping. Hótelið er staðsett um 16 km frá Longthorpe-turninum og 17 km frá Peterborough-dómkirkjunni. This place is situated in the centre of Market Deeping, the cutest of Market towns. The staff couldn’t have been more hospitable. The rooms were lovely and had every convenience and more. Breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast menu I have ever seen and the food lived up to the menu. Everything cooked to perfection and well presented. The beds were super comfy. I had a very good nights sleep. Loved it so much that I am trying to think of excuses to go back there. We went to stay over after the Battle of the proms. Excellent value for money. This place ticks all of the boxes and more. Well done Deeping stage.

Black Horse er staðsett í Peterborough og Burghley House er í innan við 15 km fjarlægð. Boðið er upp á veitingastað, reyklaus herbergi, ókeypis WiFi og bar. I ended up at the Black Horse after being stranded at Peterborough due to an LNER situation - I tried booking hotels in town and they had run out of spaces so I randomly chose a reasonably priced one that was accessible - which ended up being the Black Horse. It looked very nice from the photos and lived up to this image - it's a gorgeous place - an old-fashioned inn with a restaurant, bar and rooms, beautifully decorated. The young woman on duty who checked me in (I can't remember her name but she was great) was extremely welcoming, reassuring and accommodating. The dinner was exceptional - the best gluten-free fish and chips I have tasted! (Coeliacs should check if the tartare sauce is gluten free though) It was great to be so warm and well-fed in such a nice environment after being stuck on the train and then a cold platform for several hours. I'd definitely recommend this place. My room was large and comfortable with space to work and a really good shower. They even let me work remotely the next morning teaching music online no bother! (In fact I got a round of applause from the locals in bar next door when I finished :D) Altogether very friendly, comfortable, amenable and relaxed place. The young bar staff were also great - relaxed, resourceful and accommodating. I'd definitely choose to stay here if I was in the area again, absolutely.

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough is opposite and close to the A1. Large rooms are en suite and there are excellent leisure facilities including a pool and gym. The staff were very welcoming. We really felt at home.
