Just minutes from exit J18 off highway M4, Cross Hands Hotel is a charming 14th-century posting house with a pub and restaurant, in the heart of the Gloucester countryside. The room was very big,comfy bed very very clean room . The staff were very friendly and attentive, we ate both nights in the bar and food was exceptional as was breakfast . We will definitely be back especially if we can have room 20 again

We were attending a wedding at Thornbury Castle and the location was perfect. Close to everything, shops, restaurants and pubs. The owners and staff were friendly & helpful. Interesting place with lots of history and breakfast was delicious!

Set in a rural location, just off junction 14 of the M5, the hotel is perfect for visiting Bristol and exploring the Cotswold countryside. Only used the room and breakfast rooms. Might have used the Bar area if my parneter was able to come. All room I used were well laid out and very clean.

Shepherds hut Bath is located in Wick, just 5.7 miles from Oldfield Park Train Station and 5.8 miles from Bath Abbey. Everything it’s nice and perfect ! We love it 👍The host so nice welcome us personally and teach us how to turn on the heater !!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👌

Hosts are very kind, pleasant and very warm. We had an incredible breakfast and the position is fantastic due to the marvelous landscape in front and to the short distance from Bath. Very recommended!

King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn slept in one of the bedchambers and walked through the ancient gardens at Thornbury Castle - A Relais & Chateaux Hotel, a Tudor castle near the Cotswolds and Welsh... The history, the staff, the location, the room, the gin, the bed, the bathroom, the pillows, the breakfast, the grounds, the church bells. This was our last night's accommodation in the UK after a month of travel. So lucky to spend our last night at Thornbury. A perfect 10!!!!!
