As usual, the room was very clean and tidy, really friendly staff and very, very helpful! Would always recommends staying here.

The White Horse is a beautiful Grade II-listed pub in the heart of Dorking with atmospheric dining areas, serving an award-winning fresh and seasonal menu, and a cosy oak beamed bar with fireplace. Really enjoyed my stay here. the staff were available day or night. Karima is very friendly and always willing to help us. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are exceptional, its greatest asset are the staff at reception who are absolutely delightful to deal with. They are the first and last impression if this great hotel.
