They were both very welcoming and had so many lovely little touches I would rate it way over a ten out of ten! Denise made us the most delicious omelets for breakfast. The location was serene with a lovely river walk and our own outdoor area to enjoy the sunny evening.

Quiet place to relax, amazing host who always asked how we slept and how our day was and what we had planned, lovely breakfast in the morning too. Very accommodating, especially as we needed to book short notice.

This converted 16th-century mill cottage is a 30-minute drive from the north Cornish coast, and 20 miles from Tintagel Castle, one of the rumoured locations of King Arthur’s Camelot. Very warm and welcoming. Ecxeptional freshly cooked breakfast. We would surely return on the first opportunity

How cosy the property was, it was bright and cheery. Everything we needed and more. Hosts went above and beyond to cater to our needs.

This location was perfect for our needs. We loved the riverside location and the viaduct views and the outdoor deck was a perfect place to watch the ducks and the boats with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The decor is lovely, lots of lovely thoughtful design details that made us feel very comfortable and at home. The location is great with a short walk to local cafes and two nice friendly pubs and we appreciated being able to park directly outside the property. Jack is a great host with wonderful and timely communication. We really enjoyed our stay.
