Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach. The hotel is located at an easy walk to the port, bus stop and a couple of beaches. The staff is just the friendliest bunch and will greet you with so much affection everytime they see you (often with drinks and snacks). Nicoletta will literally give you the clothes off her back - she lent me her scarf (and offered her jacket) on a windy day. The breakfast spread is amazing, their regular food is also divine. As a solo traveler, I never felt alone when I was here. Highly recommend!

Free transfer from/to airport/port, Thanos and all the other staff members were very friendly, kind and always ready to satisfy the customers' requests, very nice room and beautiful view from the pool and the breakfast room, great position to reach the old town, just 10 minutes by foot. I would definitely recommend it!
