The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I had the best nights sleep, it was cool, comfortable. The apartment has many appliances, in fact everything you could need! We were provided with complimentary coffee, water and wine. Panos was a wonderful host. The apartment was a little way out of the harbour but this suited us as it was only a short 10 minute walk into the centre and it was beautifully quiet. if going back to Vathi, Ithaca I would definitely stay here. Thank you Panos for wonderful hospitality!

Everything was perfect during our stay. 1 Our suite had all the necessary amenities. P 2 The appartment is built on a cliff. From the windows and the yard we could see the gulf and the surrounding mountains. The view is amazing! 3 There is a path which leads to the sea. From there we could dive into the blue water. 4 The host is very kind, discreet and willing to help us in any possible way. If our road lead us again to Ithaca, this apartment is a must. 10 out of 10

The apartment was fantastic and the attention to detail on the conversion of an old house into 3 apartments is excellent. The location on the edge of the sea is probably one of the best in Ithaca and we were able to swim in the crystal clear waters every day and then cycle to Vathy which is just a few kilometres down the road and the most beautiful small town. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the property and we will certainly be returning.

The view of the Ithaca harbour is amazing and the room is extremely spacious. The location is extremely good as you’re a 10 min walk away from the main square of Vathi and all the seafront restaurants. This means that the rooms are very calm and quiet, but with the occasional sound of a motorcycle or two in the morning. Parking in front of the hotel was very convenient.

Have been to Ithaca several times over the years and this place is the best by far. Fani, the manager, was very helpful and informative as well as accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back here in the future. This was a great deal, and this apartment was very comfortable.

Sue and Tim were lovely hosts, very helpful and always up for a nice chat! The room has everything you need and Kioni was such a beautiful part of Ithaca. The apartment was also so centrally located in Kioni and there was a very cute cafe just underneath. Would definitely return in the future at the drop of a hat! Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Very friendly hosts. Each room has a balcony with a spectacular view over the harbour of Vathi. The rooms were cleaned every day,beds made,washing up done,and clean towels provided. All done to a very high standard. Thanks to Dimitra, our friendly co-host and the one who cleaned the rooms. Would highly recommend a room here for your stay in Ithaca !

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view over the hotel swimming pool and harbour of Vathy. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and Antonio and his team were very attentive, and helpful with booking taxis etc. It is a great base from which to explore Ithaca - a magical place!

We stayed at this apartment whilst visiting Ithaca from Kefalonia. Situated in an excellent location, in Vathy. the apartment is very large and spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the wonderful Katerina who is an excellent host. Excellent value for money, We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Ithaca.

Very pleasant stay in good location, with very clean and comfortable accommodation. The good sized pool is a massive bonus and a real find for Ithaca (many places are without pool). Off road parking is safe and directly behind the apartments. As self catered apartments go, this hits the spot!

My partner and I spent a wonderful 3 nights here. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has the most spectacular view - I could sit and look at it all day! It is perfectly situated to explore the magical island of Ithaca. We would happily come back.

A comfortable and spacious apartment in a lovely peaceful semi-rural location on the edge of the small town of Stavros. The highlight is definitely the large balcony with fantastic views out over Ithaca. Very well equipped. Lovely friendly owner.

Fantastic location sat in super grounds right next to the sea. The apartment was comfy and well set out for self catering. We had a fabulous 5 day stay here and if we ever return to Ithaca then Forkis apartments will be our choice of accommodation.

Nice apartment with everything you need close to Vathi city center and the most beautiful beaches in Ithaca! Stavros and Cassandra are the best hosts, they changed towels and bed sheets and made us feel home ευχαριστώ!

Location is perfect for Vathy and exploring Ithaca. Great views. Really lovely, fully modern, well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed. Lovely family owned business. Great breakfast service.

The view from the apartment is amazing. It was very relaxing watching the boats go in and out of Vathi. The terrace is lovely. Ithaca is an amazing island.
