Pharae Palace is located on the famous Kalamata beachfront and just few minutes away from the shopping districts and the port of Kalamata. We stayed there one year before 10 nights and this year again 10 nights. We loved it. Had a 4th floor seaview room both times, it was great. The location of the hotel is perfect! Special thanks to Maria from rhe reception who was very helpful and nice and to Maria from the restaurant who was very carefull with us and especally our 4 year old daughter. We really recommend the hotel, it‘s the perfect place to stay in Kalamata 🤩.

Set in Kalamata, 2.3 km from Kalamata Beach, IRA - ΗΡΑ City Hotel offers accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. This is a lovely hotel with the kindest staff. The free and secure car park is just around the corner and has plenty of space and is easy to access with a gate code. The hotel is in a great position for the lively new town with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a nice 10 minute stroll to the tiny old town which has picturesque alleys around a beautiful old church. There are some nice restaurants around there too. Our junior suite was spacious with a balcony that caught the afternoon and evening sun. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well designed. The lift, room safe, coffee making facilities, fridge, candles and gift of wine, water and fruit all made for a very easy stay. The WiFi was excellent and reliable. Breakfast was different each day, used local produce and was delicious including good coffee.

Very special that you could order breakfast instead of buffet. We have known the previous owner and stayed in Hotel Amerika many times. It was beautiful to see how beautiful this hotel is build up again after the earthquake.
