Astra Hotel is a wonderful place to eat and rest after long days of exploring the interior of Greece's Pelopennese like mountains and lakes and hiking trails. Each night there were new delicious options for dinner and the breakfast in the morning filled us up for having plenty of energy. The mountain view is beautiful, and the stars at night. :) The water is soft and very good quality for a much needed shower after a busy day !

Most of their products are handmade from their own local and personal production, and we feel the love and care in the taste. They collect even the mountain tea every July themselves and cook in the old traditional ovens. Because they do not only work for the result, they embrace the process and are aligned with their identity, their history, their tradition and their heart.
