Wonderful Evi, who we couldn't thank enough for the hospitality, always welcoming us with the smile and going above and beyond for her guests. It was my boyfriend's birthday so i asked for a posibility of getting some special breakfast. Didn't think Evi will show up with a delicious birthday mini cake! She surely was one of the best hosts we ever had pleasure to meet. Cressa Suites is right in the middle of the old town, short distance to the beach and many amazing restaurants. Our room, nr 5, had a little patio so we could have a breakfast there. Breakfast basket, delivered every day contained everything we needed. Delicious! Almost forgot about extremely comfortable beds and outside bathtub, that surely made the trip even more relaxing:)

The view from the room is epic, directly facing the ocean and we fell asleep every night with the sound of the waves, so calming! We usually don't like having buffet dinner in the hotel as it might get bored after couple days but the buffet here is so unexpectedly delicious!! I don't think the food got repeated during our stay. The smart TV in the room allows you to use the projection function. If you bring your own laptop and you stream Netflix or Disney+ on the TV. Don't worry about not having sun beds, I think they have enough here. I would highly recommend anyone who comes to Crete for holiday to stay in this hotel, it certainly worths any penny you spend!

Kalypso resort was such a surprise for us! It's a breathtaking place through rocks and deep sea...we loved it! The staff had a very kind behavioral approach and made us feel at home! We appreciated it a lot and definitely we'll be back! It was just an exploration this time! Weather unexpectedly nice! We participated in a greek night event as well, we loved it! Our room was clean and spacious! Thank you for the experience!

Dobar hotel,čisto ,ljubazno osoblje.Posebno bi pohvalio spremačicu Eleni sa drugog sprata servirku Sofiju iz restorana ,kao i menadzerku Angeliki.Soba je bila dobra,nov smart tv,frižider je dobro hladio kao i klima u sobi.Zabavni večernji program je bio dobar.

We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

Sve je bilo odlicno, uvek nasmejano osoblje hotela, sobe su svaki dan cistili, posteljinu i peškire su menjali na 2-3 dana. Hrana je bila dobra, za rucak i veceru je uvek bila riba, pasta sa plodovima mora, salata od hobotnice… pacetina, zecetina, svinjsko, jagnjeće meso…. bilo je za svačiji ukus, salata raznih. Kolači, voc, sladoled. Plaža je na pet minuta hoda, blizu je autobuska stanica, kafici i restorani i market, sve je jako blizu. Za novac koji smo platili dobili smo i više nego sto smo ocekivali. Vino i pivo su dostupni na tocilicama od 10h do 23h, kome je slabo ili nije odgovarajućeg ukusa ima u market, pa može da kupi odlična bela vina za 4-6, pivo je oko 1-2 evra. Sokovi, kafa, čaj, voda…. Ništa nam nije manjkalo, imali smo odličan odmor. Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo.

We loved everything about Villa Maris and we were warmly welcomed. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and shared lovely food and treats with us. The pool was a great added benefit which the children loved!

Everything was perfect, the rooms, the location, the breakfast, the staff! Don't miss the chance to dine in the restaurant. Make sure that you ask the staff to book a set of sandbeds on the beach bar in front the hotel as it can get crowded.
