The owners are very lovely people and will welcome you warmly. This goes a long way! The breakfast was good, we took it to our balcony which was super nice. Room was very clean, fresh, well furnished with a decent bathroom. Bed was very good quality nice places to put your belongings

Nice touches by the hotel, like providing a welcome drink, giving the guests a thorough introduction to the hotel by the staff, offering a "hot bag" before bed (goodness knows why, especially with a massively thick doona on the bed), and placing a few free items in the minibar.
