The Killeshin Hotel is one mile from Portlaoise and junction 16 off the M7 motorway. It offers a bistro, an indoor pool, hot tub, a gym and free parking. Everything about the hotel was fab, we arrived to the genuinely welcoming smile of front receptionist Nina, an absolute pleasure to deal with, helpful informative and just lovely. The room was great, we had breakfast delivered and it was scrumptious. On leaving we met Jonathan, again a fantastic representative funny and extremely helpful. We'll be visiting again thats for sure!!

The Midlands Park Hotel is a luxurious 4-star property located in the centre of Portlaoise and a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station. Great facilities, clean and large room. Value for money. The highlight of this property was the staff - everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful ensuring we had a great stay, including waitstaff, receptionists and housekeeping. Would stay again.

The 3-star Abbeyleix Manor Hotel offers a relaxing and ideal base to explore the hidden beauties of County Laois and the Midlands of Ireland. Breakfast really nice Bed really really comfortable Evening meal really good value

The Heritage offers 4-star accommodation in Killenard. Set within private gardens, guests may enjoy the on-site features including a leisure centre, award-winning spa, and on-site bars and... Everything about the stay was perfect - the experience was excellent from Check-in, food service to Spa Facility we were met with the same excellent service standard, where nothing was too much trouble to accommodate our needs during the stay. The location is super convenient to M7 would highly recommend and I will definitely return.

The Maldron Hotel is just off junction 17 of the M7 motorway, only 5 minute’s drive from Portlaoise town centre and O'Moore Park. It boasts a 20-metre pool, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a gym. Дуже сподобалися умови. Привітний персонал. Додатково можна самостійно оплатити сніданок.

James was wonderful and very passionate about the house. I think he did most of the restoration himself and it appears he runs the place himself. It was really a special experience. The house is beautifully furnished and the grounds are big, lush, and green. James cooked us our breakfast while we all sat in the kitchen at a big table. He greeted us on the front steps and had drinks ready in the drawing room. We had a 2 room suite and it was over the top fun to stay in them! I would stay here again any day.
