This was a lovely hotel very close to the airport. Our flights in and out of Dublin were late and early morning so we couched our first and last nights in this hotel, utilizing the shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were very kind, and twice stopped for us when they were taking off and saw we were coming. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable family rooms. It wasn’t cheap but we didn’t see anything cheaper.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of ‘The Velvet Strand’, one of Ireland’s most stunning stretches of uninterrupted coastline - the historic Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links, once the family home... Such a beautiful place. While we have never golfed there, the course looks wonderful. The hotel is well appointed with a nice sized bathroom which has both a bathtub and a separate stall shower. We visit Ireland frequently and have stayed here the last 4 times. it’s a convenient location close to Dublin airport and close to Malahide which has several nice restaurants.
