Had a great dinner at the restaurant the night of our stay. Slept too late the following morning and were not able to enjoy a breakfast but the staff was amazing, thank you!

Nestled in Monksland, a residential suburb of Athlone town, The Athlone Springs Hotel is less than a 6-minute drive from Athlone town center. Very conveniently located close to the main motorway between Dublin and Galway. Spacious rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. There's also a pool and great gym which we did not have time to use.

This 4-star hotel has a Championship golf course and is 5 miles from Athlone. All newly reformed rooms at the Glasson Lakehouse have free Wi-Fi, TVs and a room service menu. Decor, staff and location were fabulous. Such a great hotel and an experience I would recommend anyone to try. Also you can bring your doggie which was lovely
