Very comfortable and spacious room with balcony, new bathroom and a terrace with a nice view. The place looks newly renovated, great value for money and delicious breakfast. We definitely recommend it! Private parking available in front of the location. The location its only 5 minutes to get into the heart of Villasimius. Ten rooms, each with a separate parking space, outside access, and covered porch, located on a working farm with orchard. This stay has a wonderful restaurant with outdoor seating on a wide patio. Single serving at 8pm with a varied menu and drinks. It was sold out every night we were there. Breakfast included items from the orchard. The staff was extremely helpful as we were experiencing lost airline luggage and had to shop locally for basic clothing needs.

Janas Hotel is located in Villasimius, just 1.2 mi from the coast and its beautiful beaches. It offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared terrace, and a continental-style breakfast provided daily. This property and staff, especially Elena, made our trip to Sardinia so wonderful. The room and the hotel overall totally exceed our expectations. It felt like a 4 star hotel and not a 3 star ⭐️. The cleaning was always on spot. The place was new, we had a spacious shower without mold (which is so rare for Italian hotels), the design of the room was super cute, we had a huge balcony, the AC worked perfectly- really nothing to complain about! Moreover Elena, the receptionist/concierge, gave us amazing recommendations everyday- where to eat, to swim, what activities to do. Everything she recommended to us was awesome. Super happy we stayed there 5 nights. The hotel doesn’t have a parking, however there is a big parking nearby with the camera. Ah, and the hotel is located on the parallel street to the Main Street of the town where you can find a lot of entertainment like street artists (dancers, clowns, musicians), theatre, vendors, restaurants, shops. Villasimius is a very pretty place full of life in summer!

Simona was so very helpful, always ready to help with information in order that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Valentina and her lovely smile at breakfast always made our day. Would absolutely recommend staying at this comfortable and well appointed hotel and the staff make it all the better.

Really beautiful view from terrace to Costa Rei. It was really nice to only sit there and look around. It is nicely renovated, and it looks really nice inside. There is washing machine, dishwasher and practical second shower outside. The beach is not so far even though it is 10 minutes' walk.

This is the resort dreams are made of. The beach is absolutely perfection!!! Gorgeous, gentle and shallow waters are perfect for relaxing and for kids to play in. Property is very safe and alive with entertainment options. Restaurants offer everything any guest can want. There are several shops at the resort to cater to every last minute need. Staff always going beyond and above to make sure the guests expectations were met. Staff was polite and warm, always with a genuine smile. Restaurant buffet menu changed daily, which is great when you are eating there every day. Lots of classes and activities to partake. Plenty of space for everybody to have fun and not feel crowded.
